Onboarding Questions

My property needs some repairs before it can be rented — can you still start the process?

Absolutely. We often start the consultation and paperwork phase while minor repairs or improvements are underway. We can even coordinate the repair work on your behalf. Just let us know the current state of your property and we’ll create a realistic timeline together.

What if I already have a listing on Airbnb — do you start from scratch?

No, we can take over an existing listing and improve it. We’ll update the title, description, photos, and pricing strategy while preserving your existing reviews. In some cases, building a fresh listing with a professional setup from the start performs better — we’ll advise what makes sense for your specific situation.

How do payouts work — when do I receive my rental income?

We pay out your rental income monthly, net of the management fee and any maintenance expenses that month. You’ll receive a full statement itemising every line before payment. Payouts are made by bank transfer to your account — whether you’re in the US, Netherlands, Canada, or elsewhere.
