5 Steps to a Professionally Managed Property
Free Consultation
We start with a 20–30 minute call or video meeting. You tell us about your property, your goals, your current situation, and any concerns. We’ll give you an honest assessment of what we can do, what the fees look like, and what your property could realistically earn.

Management Agreement
We send you a clear, straightforward management agreement. No confusing clauses, no lock-in surprises. It covers the services included, the fee structure, your rights as an owner (including personal use), and the 30-day cancellation notice. Sign digitally from anywhere.

Property Setup
Our team visits your property for a full onboarding inspection. We assess its rental readiness, arrange professional photography, create or optimise your listings on all platforms, check permit compliance, and set up your owner portal. We’ll also advise if any quick improvements could significantly lift your nightly rate.

Launch & First Bookings
Your property is listed and actively marketed across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and our direct channel. We set dynamic pricing based on the season, local events, and market data. From this point forward, we handle all guest enquiries, bookings, and communications. You just sit back.

Onboarding Questions
My property needs some repairs before it can be rented — can you still start the process?
Absolutely. We often start the consultation and paperwork phase while minor repairs or improvements are underway. We can even coordinate the repair work on your behalf. Just let us know the current state of your property and we’ll create a realistic timeline together.
What if I already have a listing on Airbnb — do you start from scratch?
No, we can take over an existing listing and improve it. We’ll update the title, description, photos, and pricing strategy while preserving your existing reviews. In some cases, building a fresh listing with a professional setup from the start performs better — we’ll advise what makes sense for your specific situation.
How do payouts work — when do I receive my rental income?
We pay out your rental income monthly, net of the management fee and any maintenance expenses that month. You’ll receive a full statement itemising every line before payment. Payouts are made by bank transfer to your account — whether you’re in the US, Netherlands, Canada, or elsewhere.
